About Us

The Forest Club was founded in 1946 by a group of old friends seeking a family club setting where friends and their children could socialize, swim, eat and relax together. Situated on over six wooded acres, deep in the heart of Houston just off Memorial Drive, The Forest Club offers a unique respite. Sixty years after its founding, Club members and their families continue to enjoy the Club's congenial social atmosphere while utilizing the pool and exercise facilities, playing tennis, and dining on cuisine considered by many to be the best in Houston.
